Podcasting, student learning and expectations

Dr. Belinda Tynan, from the University of New England (UNE), Australia, presented on a major mixed methods study of over 1000 students' experiences of podcasting in the Law faculty. This is the largest formal study of podcasting available.

The study's results were overwhelmingly positive, in favour of podcasting as:

  • enhancing student quality of learning and
  • driving improvements in the pedagogical approach of staff.
